Overall Quality was disappointing.

The quality of the American West purse was poor. I own several American West pureses and I honestly thought this was a knock off. One of the flowers came detached during shipping because of failure to be secured correctly. The purse was returned to manufacturer. Most frustrating is not being able to speak to a person at the Western Company where it was purchased nor to the manufacturer. The whole thing has dragged on longer than it should. Still waiting for a refund ir even a response to my emails/phone messages.
