Product was exactly as described. Communication from The Western Company was superb. We would definitely purchase from them again and would recommend them to any other purchaser. Please note we reside in Australia, so had the boots sent to friends in California who posted them via UPS and we received the boots about 12 days after purchase.

The product was great, however the first shipment had the wrong size boot in the box, (the size of the boot was different that what was indicated on the box.... mix up at the manufacturer sounds like) My granddaughter loves the boots, and is the hit of the neighborhood. Great quality boot.
