We would love to do what we can to help out with any sort of request you may have! Before you do reach out, please note that we are a very small company with limited resources. Sending in multiple requests, tickets, or voicemails could not only create confusion on our end, but will also likely cause a delay in our response. We ask that you reach out once, using the method of your choice, and include as much information as possible regarding your request. We will do our best to get back to you as fast as possible! Thank you very much for the patience and understanding.

Notice: We are predominantly an online store and are not setup with a typical "brick and mortar" retail option. We can make specific accommodations for customers looking to return items in person but most products we carry are not located at our offices so shoppers should not expect to come in and be able to shop around in person. If you would prefer to return something in person, please reach out to us first to setup a time to do so, thank you!

A few notes on Order Status Requests:

Our orders often have longer processing and shipping times due to the high number of brands and warehouses we work with. More information can be found on each product page (below the title and price), as well as here.

For Order updates and information, the best course of action is to use either the Route App (which is tied to our shipping insurance that you would have checked out with) or sign into your account here with us and check to see if your shipment has an update there.
