Update on COVID-19
First off, I hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. COVID-19 is having an impact on the daily lives of Americans. The Western Company is a small, independent business. We are taking precautions internally to protect our employees, nearly all of our staff are now working remotely. We work with warehouses throughout the United States in order to deliver products directly to you, our customers. Therefore, it is possible there may be delays in the shipment of your order. Our returns office is based in Denver, Colorado. We are currently processing returns and exchanges as usual. However, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges if the state of Colorado goes under a stay at home order. Therefore, we are asking that all customers hold off sending returns to us for the time being as they may not be delivered to our office if no one is there to receive them. We will be flexible in allowing returns far beyond our normal 60 day return window. We are here for you today and will be in the future.
