I purchased two shirts. They were too small so I returned them for an exchange. The exchanges arrived within a week. There were no charges. The second shirts were too large. Again I returned them. Again, no fee and the exchanges arrived within a week. I have never experienced such great customer service! The two shirts are perfect.
