I ordered a sports coat from the Western Company. I tried it on after I received it and it was one size too large (I have been losing weight.) When I placed the order I elected to pay for the added free return/exchange and package protection. It was a wise decision. I requested the treturn on the Western Company website. The process was quick and easy. I received a return prepaid FedEx Ground return label. I dropped it off at a FedEx pickup location. I received an email confirming the box was picked up after it was scanned by FedEx. I also received Confirmation that I had completed all that was necessary on my end. Two days later I received the replacement. It arrived in excellent condition. The entire process took only 4 business days. I am extremely satisfied with the Western Company and highly recommend them.
