I was surprised at how well these boots were packed to protect them and maintain their shape. I haven't seen this in years when ordering shoes and or boots online.

My order came quick wasn’t what i expected so they sent a replacement with no problem

My package was apparently delivered and the stolen. The company doesn't stand behind their product or customer satisfaction/experience. They said I was Shit out of luck and wiped their hands and didn't even have any compassion.

They sent a shipping label.

I still had to pay 7 dollars and change to return the product.
