Great add on to orders!

The jeans I ordered for my husband did not fit. He was disappointed because the jeans were exactly what he wanted - real denim jeans (with no stretch). So, I started the return process. The customer service representatives I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The return procedure gave easy to follow instructions. Our credit was processed within a week.

Dropped the return on Monday, my exchange is on the way and it’s Thursday.
