Holiday Shipping Notice

The holidays are approaching fast! We have a lot of deals in store for you but want to make sure we share a few operational notices regarding shipping, timing, and days off.

In general, we are a very small company, so the months of November and December are very busy. Delays should be expected in shipping, returns/exchange processing, and general communication. Please know we are doing our best to serve everyone, but please keep your outreach limited during this time so our systems do not get overloaded with duplicate requests.

Please see below for important dates to keep in mind:

For brands that take normally take longer to ship (Horsepower, Macie Bean, Corral, Justin) - please have your orders in before the end of November, to expect them before Christmas.

For everything else, please have orders in before Dec. 6th for the best chance to receive before Christmas.

We are CLOSED on the following dates:

International shipping rates are currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and will work to get these online when we can!

Our methods of shipment vary due to working with manufacturers around the country using all platforms. We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS to ship our orders, with most shipments going out as Fedex Smartpost/Ground Economy. If you would like more detail on the Economy Shipping for your order, please give us a call at 720-316-6728, we are happy to do what we can to work with you.

While we cannot offer it as a checkout selection, we can always look into offering expedited shipping (2-Day, Overnight, etc) on some products, please call us BEFORE placing an order, to see if we can accommodate your needs. During the holidays, our options here are much more limited, and usually only possible with the following brands/collections: Roper, Stetson, Tin Haul, Old West, Clearance.

Shipments to states outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii...) ship via USPS International Priority Mail - ranging between $20-$100 based on location, product weight and current shipping rates. This method usually ranges in delivery time from 1-2 weeks and is not a form of "Faster Shipping", despite the name. If you have any questions or concerns - or would like to confirm what method to use for a shipment to AK/HI, please contact us for more information.

International shipping rates are currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and will work to get these online when we can!

Shipping Information

There is a processing time associated with every order before it ships out.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time 
The processing time varies between each item, but is usually between 1 and 5 business days and can be longer during public holidays. The exact processing time can be found on each product’s page. 
Please allow additional shipping time for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, and for international orders.
If your order contains multiple items it may be delivered in separate shipments.
Please carefully check your shipping address for typos, missing apartment numbers, etc. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause a delay in the shipping and may even result in your order being sent back to us as a return to sender. Return to sender orders will be processed as a return for the purchase price refund. Changes to the shipping address cannot be made once your order is with the shipping carrier.

We strongly recommend thoroughly checking your order before it is placed. Due to the quick turnaround with processing orders, any changes to the style or size cannot be made once the order has been placed. In addition, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the courier and tracking number.

Depending on the courier and type of shipping chosen, there may be a delay from the time you order ships to obtain the tracking number. 

There may also be a delay before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

 

Disclaimers

Shipping Signature
We do not ship any orders with signature requirements. This is mostly in part due to the fact the majority of people ordering will not be home to sign for packages upon delivery, and will, in turn, not be expecting to have to sign for the package anyways. There are a few other reasons we do not have this method as a default but if it is something you feel would work best for you, please feel free to call us and we
would be happy to work with you as best as we can.

Lost / Stolen Packages
Once an item is shipped, we are handing the responsibility off to UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We are fully confident that if they are provided with an accurate address, they will be able to get the product to you. If you have not received an item that has been marked as delivered, we are more than happy to help you track it down, but are not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages if the delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Here are some common solutions that we have used to help people find lost packages:

· Checking with a neighbor or someone in the house/apartment complex who might have received the package
· Checking with the Post Office if the package went through USPS
· Checking the tracking to see if there are notes about the delivery
· Checking the address you entered on the original order to make sure it is correct

We will do our best to work with you and will file a claim on your behalf. This is a lengthy process, however, and we cannot guarantee the outcome. It is for this reason, that we are not responsible for a lost or stolen package if the following requirements were met:

· We shipped the package to the address you provided
· We have tracking information that shows the package has been delivered
· We have worked with you and our mail service extensively, including the issue of a Federal Claim, and have come to the conclusion that the package reached the address you provided, and we were no longer in control of it

Order Changes
We rarely ship out from our location due to the fact that we use manufacturers warehouses around the country to fulfill orders. This means that while we are attempting to ship things very quickly, it is also extremely challenging to make any changes to an order once it is placed. This includes address changes, size changes, and cancellations in general. We will do our best to make these changes for you, but we are not responsible for the mistakes made in placing an order.
