I ordered my husband a pair of shoes (through Amazon) from you..They were the wrong size. I followed the return instructions and called the Western Company directly. No one answered so I left I message. (thinking..umm I'll never hear from them.).. WELL, I got a call back from a very friendly person who was very polite and was given the return information that I needed to return them. So, I returned them and got credited back very promptly. I then ordered another pair of shoes from them directly through their website and I got the shoes very quickly and they fit perfect. #1 work shoe in our opinion. My husband will have no other. They are both sturdy an nice looking! They look great with jeans as well as dress pants. We are very satisfied and we will order over and over.
