The quality of the boots were excellent, but that credit is due to the manufacturer of the boots. The customer service is horrible. When you do returns, you don't get an option to get your money back, only store credit. They claim that it is free return, but they changed me to return the first pair of boots.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I have a wide foot and high instep. Laredo’s are the only boot I wear. Very nice looking too!
