I ordered a pair of boots for my son's birthday over 3 weeks ago. You call their number and nobody EVER ANSWERS!!!!! You email them and you get nothing!!!! This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen!!!!!!! I never write reviews but I just wanted to warn everyone to stay away from this company
I purchased two pairs of the Dan Post Apache and they were perfect, just as shown in the pictures. I gave those as gifts. Then I ordered a 10.5 EW pair and something is very wrong. They are not like the picture! Tomorrow I am expecting delivery of a pair of the 10.5 D Apaches. Let's hope they are the right boots.
