The boot looked as pictured and seemed to be good quality, but fit very strangely. I ordered an 11.5 EE and it was very narrow and way too long. It felt more like a 12.5 in length but the sides of my foot hung over the sole. The Western Company provided good service and I expect to be a return customer.
