runs a size smaller. great product. well made. comfortable. they said they offer one time exchange on their dime if they need to be sent back for a different size. which they didnt. i had to pay 36 dollars in shipping and wait an additional week and almost a half for my order to be shipped again. i think it took roughly 3 weeks ro get my boots after i ordered them. other then that they always responded when i emailed them. and i did get my boots. i would recommend the boots. (just prepare yourself for a slow transaction)
