United StatesOverall I like it, save for a couple of problems. The first is that the pockets are too shallow. If you wear a vest for ornamental reasons, this is not an issue. Personally, I want my pens to go down all the way. Second is the buttonholes. Like other vests made by Scully, the buttonholes are poorly finished an subject to fraying out.
