All I wanted was free return on jeans after already paying $10+ to send back a pair that did not fit properly. Ended up paying another $10+ to send second pair back and was charged a restocking fee of $8+. Was out of $30+ in fees.
Customer service sucks!!!
i Sent this: I returned a size 14 and reordered a size 16, The 2 pants are basically the same size cut. My pant size is a 14, with a comfortable fit. The size 16 that i just received, is the same fit as the size 14 that I returned. I do not want to pay another $10+ to return a pant that is too small, that has no difference in the sizes fit wise. I would prefer to go up a size to an 18 if the return shipping fee for the size 16 is waived. Please advise of a remedy for this situation.

After reviewing this situation - we can circle with the manufacturer on a change due to this sounding like a wrong tagging of a size 14 would that be correct?
Then I sent this: Yes and No. It appears that I need a size 18 since the size(s) 14 and 16 has the same wrong fit. I wear a size 14 which usually fits me loosely. The Stetson 14 is too small for me. The Stetson 16 was also too small.
That Stetson brand pant could have been miss sized, especially since both the 14 and 16 were too small. Here's the thing, I love the style of the jeans and would love to have a pair that fits to my right size. Otherwise, I would have to request a refund.
What would you suggest I do?

As stated we would be able to contact the manufacturer and communicate this for a more in depth information regarding sizing
