My experience with the Western company was amazing!!. They were right there for me, helping me to get my boots on time for special occasion. They kept me updated on the shipping progress. The boots themselves are beautiful, better in person than in the picture. They are well made and even though they are not real swede, they look and feel just like it. I can't tell the difference. Trust me you wont be disappointed. They are a tiny bit big but not enough to exchange for a smaller size. I am very happy and somewhat amazed at finding such great customer service in this day and age.

Really cute shoes! They were tight & uncomfortable for about 20 minutes until I broke them in. I almost ordered a size up, but now I am glad I didn't. They aren't the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, but they aren't bad. True to size.
