Thorogood steel toe work boots are really good for construction and comfortable for long hours many people have them . Only downside is that they are getting expensive every year so people are looking elsewhere for another brand

I work as a warehouse manager and am on my feet most of the day on concrete. These boots have been fantastic and the best pair of boots I've owned to date. People compare them to Red Wings, but I don't miss mine at all after I put these on my feet! Not to mention they look good to! Make the switch. You and your wallet will be happy you did.

I thought the boot itself was very comfortable but the upper part of the boot was very uncomfortable. I bought the 8in and when I laced up the upper part of the boot kinda dug in to the side of my shin and I couldn't get past that! I usually by red wings but wanted to buy American, but it still has to be comfortable with me being in my feet all day
