United StatesThe brown color on the boots are a lot lighter then the picture and when I opened the box and pulled the boots out there was a huge stain on one of the boots. When I contacted customer service they said they would not return them because they were a clearance item, which they were not! So upsetting! I was very disappointed in this company, as it was the first time I have ever bought anything from them, and it will be the last time!
