This is my second pair of these. I am getting ready to send my older pair in for rework and I didn't want to be without a backup. I wear these 7 days a week for work and play. I am a mechanic by trade and wear them on concrete Monday through Friday. On the weekends I wear them to work on the farm, hike, and hunt. I have had Red Wings, JK's, Ariats, Thorogoods etc. Some of those are probably a little bit tougher (JK's) but none are as comfortable as these Danners. I have also had the Danner 600 Leaf and while it is still a very good boot these are my go to. I have almost a year on the current pair and will probably send them off in the next few months for resole.
