My experience with this company has been absolutely horrible. A simple exchange request turned into a nightmare, with undisclosed label charges, restocking fees, and about the rudest woman I've ever talked to who hung up on me after I discovered they had charged me an extra $10 out of nowhere. She called it a glitch and then BLAMED ME for all their mistakes saying that I requested this and that, which never happened (I have it all in writing). Ultimately, it's clear they're doing all this to scam as much money from people as possible, hoping that it won't be noticed. AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!
