Well, the purse itself is beautiful, however I was hoping for a concealed carry purse it would have had a more secure compartment. This isn’t even why I am super upset. What is upsetting is that I have emailed 2 times to ask about returning the purse so I can get one that has a better compartment. No response- nothing, nada and it’s now been over two weeks- and I checked that my emails went thru and to the appropriate department. I even called the number on the box and it’s go to some call center in Florida that is not American West. I used to buy tons of stuff from this company but seeing as I am now stuck w a $250 brand new purse I cannot return I will never buy from this company ahain. Buyers beware!!!! You won’t be able to make a return. I am still so angry about this.
