This is a great vest and giving it 4 stars for 2 reasons...1)$95 is too much for a garment "Made in China"...2)vest was very wrinkled (as expected) when it arrived. The cleaning process is very restrictive but there are no clear details on how to get these wrinkles out. (Instructions: DO NO IRON) After 4 planes and 5 days at the NFR the wrinkles did not fall out. Other than these 2 concerns it is a really nice warm vest. All 4 pockets are roomy and the zippers work smoothly. Wore it to the NFR in Vegas and got multiple compliments.As for The Western Company, I had a shipping issue and after reaching out to TWC, the owner contacted me in an effort to help. He was great, but once the product is in the hands of FedEx who transfer the shipment to the USPS (snail mail) it's out of his hands. I did receive the vest just in time to take on my trip to Vegas after I ordered it on Nov 22,, 2023. I will do other business with TWC.
