Ordering, tracking, shipping, and the pricing from Western was all great. The Danner Acadia is a quality boot, but does not have an insole - just goretex - so I added a leather insole, which also snugged up the fit nicely. They keep a good shine, and they are comfortable to wear on a long shift.
