I was very happy with The Western Store's order process and service-very attentive and expedient. I ordered this particular shoe after doing some research and liked that it was a Canadian brand (La Canadienne is a favorite!). The 7.5 was too large and I exchanged it for a 7, but it still felt extremely wide and even with inserts did not conform. The discomfort was in not cradling the foot at all, which is a shame as the detailing seemed carefully crafted. A bit disappointed at the lost expense.
