I bought these and the Old West 13 tans together. The Old Wests look better with the pointed toe, but these will I think be marginally more comfortable. The picture looks more distressed than the ones I got, which are quite nice looking. Both boot types come off easily and aren't hot to wear, both chafe my ankles on the outside but I'm hoping will soften. Both also run a bit large, these have more toe room with the square toe which I like. Well made and I can't wait for them to be more comfortable! They have about 10 miles on them and are coming along slowly. The heels on these don't feel as tall as the Old Wests even though they look about the same. Not used to a tall heel yet.
