Good. I saw a similar backpack while traveling and researched your product line on web site when I returned home. Am happy with my selection, its a beautiful bag. I do have a question, how do I “soften” the leather ? Its a bit stiff…the drawstring doesn’t stay closed well right now and the creases from shipping are still quite prominent. I have put a towel on the inside to try and shape it. Other ideas?Thank you.
