my normal size is a 11.5 E so the boot is a bit wide and looser than needs to be, but the quality is very good and serviceable. The boot was very easy to break in and looks nice in dress. reccomend if your size is a 11.5E, order another boot

I came across "The Western Company" somewhat by accident. I was not familiar with TWC, nor had anyone recommended them to me. I just completed my second online purchase from this amazing company. The first purchase was a pair of work boots that was delivered to my doorstep in record time. The second purchase was where I learned, this is not just another ecommerce store jockeying for my business, they are a one of kind, what I would refer to as a "Throwback" company, the kind of people that I remember from my childhood days when neighbors really did love neighbors, and there was seriously no one left out or behind in the small rural N.W. Missouri farming community where I grew up. The reason I say that is simple, I ordered a pair of Stetson denim jeans from their online store. I knew it was out of stock when I bought them but to my surprise, I received a somewhat apologetic email from The Western Company explaining the item was out of stock, and how they were truly sorry for any delay in receiving my order. They went on to say, if they would do all they could to get it to me a.s.a.p. Their communications and responses are second to none, and they did in fact, get my order to me much faster than what even they thought they could. I am really excited to have found this company, and will make my third purchase the second this review is done. Five stars is not nearly enough to do these guys justice in my opinion, and yes, I encourage everyone to give them a try, this is one company that as a two-time worldwide bestselling Christian author, I will put my own reputation on the line to stand behind everything I just said and then some, and this awesome company!Ellis Lucas
