I ordered boots in wrong size, call the day of order to change and was told they could not process. Then when I got boots and tried to get exchange sent for correct size; I was told I would not get exchange until the original boots were received. Now, I will not have boots in time for family pictures, and it takes a long time to get your order the first go around and to process exchanges. I will not be ordering again from this website, and I alternatively went to Boot Barn to get the boots shipped in less than 2 days.
