The boot was to small for me. However, looking over the boot, you can clearly see it is well made. The customer service department is a little hard to get with since I'm in Pa and they are in Co. When we did connect, they were extremely friendly and helpful. They worked with me on exchanging for the next size up. They paid for the return. I'm just waiting for my new pair.
