This blouse is BEAUTIFUL. I did have to get an XXL size. Not 2X. I normally take a Large in most blouses. I am 5' 10 tall, weigh 160 pounds & wear a 36 B-C bra. The smaller size did not fit in the chest, & after snapping it closed, there was space between the snaps & skin was visible. I may even buy a 1X next time. It depends on how you use your blouse. The shoulders appear big enough, but if you need extra room there, the higher size is the option. I play guitar & make videos, & need extra space in the arm pit & shoulders to hold my instrument & lean over to control the camera, etc. It's trial & error with sizing. I would definitely size up at least 1 size as they are cut small. The sleeves have always been long enough even with the large size. I went from size Large to XXL & so glad I did. After washing in cold water & hanging up to dry, the material got very soft. I don't think it feels heavy at all as some reviews have mentioned. I also bought the Pink Blouse of the same brand. Absolutely gorgeous.
