I love the new shirt. It's beautiful and soft and gets comments at work. Quality is good but this is a thin shirt so don't wear it while you're doing ranch or construction work. But the first attempt to deliver it showed that it was delivere but no package ever arrived. Not porch pirates but something that went wrong with an order mixup and shipping/tracking. I'm not sure what happened. I kept waiting and eventually asked TWC to look into it. They ended sending another, which I got - but it took almost 3 weeks. The website didn't show the new shipment so I couldn't track it. They are kind and helpful but it seems like this kind of problem shouldn't have happened.
